Booking & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing you with a professional, supportive, and welcoming experience during your appointment, and to ensure that we can deliver the best possible service, we have established the following booking & cancellation policy:

We use the Acuity scheduling platform for all our bookings.

Please note that all start times are indicated in the time zone of Rome, the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital (GMT+1). We kindly ask you to carefully review the booking and cancellation policy below to ensure that your appointment goes smoothly:

Booking Policy:

1. Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only after payment is made and is considered definitive. We do not apply a refund policy unless otherwise stated.
2. Scheduling Policy: Clients can schedule appointments at least 120 hours before the start time and a maximum of 160 days in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours before the start time. If you cancel within this time frame, you will be subject to a 50% charge. Please note that any cancellations outside this time frame will be fully charged.
4. Refund Policy: If a 50% charge applies, the client will receive a refund of the other 50% through a bank transfer within five working days. We do not refund cancellations outside of the specified time frame.
5. Edit Policy: If you need to edit the intake forms, please do so up to 48 hours before the appointment. This will allow us to prepare for your session and ensure we have all the necessary information to provide you with the best possible care.

Cancellation Policy:

1. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible.
2. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before the start time, you will be subject to a 50% charge.
3. Any cancellations made outside of the specified time frame will be fully charged.
4. If you cancel your appointment, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the payment. This refund will be provided through a bank transfer within five working days.
5. No refunds for cancellations made outside the specified time frame will be issued.
